- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 2 cups cornflakes
- 1cup chopped nuts
Method
Beat egg whites until stiff, and then add sugar gradually while beating to maintain stiffness.
Lastly mix in cornflakes and chopped nuts.
Place spoonfuls (I use soup spoon size) on greased tray and back 20-30 minutes at 180C (The time depends on your oven, mine only takes about 20 mins, my neighbours takes about 30 minutes).
They store very well in an airtight container.
